Reflection
- Designing for Emotional Awareness: By analyzing how drivers express frustration and stress, I learned to design beyond usability—creating interfaces that help users recognize and regulate emotions through subtle visual and behavioral cues..
- Empathy-Driven Calm Interaction: I explored how gentle animations, soft tone feedback, and empathetic microcopy can transform interactions into emotional recovery moments, guiding users from tension toward calm without enforcing control.
- Ethical Balance in Emotional Design: This project deepened my awareness of ethical responsibility in emotional UX. I learned to design for behavioral guidance while respecting user autonomy—supporting regulation, not manipulation.
